Deluxe Bungalow

The Derksen Deluxe Bungalow has all of the same great features as our Side Cabin, with an increased roof pitch and a gorgeous 9-foot wide Transom Dormer on the roof (a wider 12-foot wide dormer is also available for an additional $200).  It is a very flexible design, that comes standard with three 2x3 standard windows, a 9-Lite door, and a four-foot deep treated wood porch.  You can add more or different windows, doors, and move the porch to one end or in the center to create your ideal floor plan.

You can customize your Deluxe Bungalow with an Electrical Package, Spray Foam Insulation, and more to make it just right for you.  Please contact us to get a quote for your perfect package.

The Deluxe Bungalow is available in Painted SmartSide, Urethane SmartSide, Treated Wood, or Premium Z-Metal siding, and with a Shingle or Metal roof. All siding and roof options are offered at the same price, which is a huge savings over other portable building manufacturers.
