Side Lofted Barn

The Derksen Side Lofted Barn has the popular "Dutch Barn" design with doors and two 2x3 standard windows. 8-foot wide sizes come standard with a single barn-style door, and 10-foot wide and larger sizes include double barn-style doors.  It comes standard with two interior lofts for additional overhead storage, It includes 6'3" walls that are great for small storage spaces, or it can be upgraded to an 8-foot wall for additional height or to accommodate roll-up garage doors.  It is available in sizes from 8x12 up to 16x50 in two-foot increments.   Windows, residential doors, roll-up garage doors, and other options can be added to turn this model into a great space for any use.

The Side Lofted Barn is available in Painted SmartSide, Urethane SmartSide, Treated Wood, or Premium Z-Metal siding, and with a Shingle or Metal roof. All siding and roof options are offered at the same price, which is a huge savings over other portable building manufacturers.
