Our Best Value Side Lofted Barn from Derksen Portable Buildings has the same economical price as the Best Value Lofted Barn, with the doors on the longer side. Built with 30-Year Warranty T1-11 Siding and smooth tongue-and-groove flooring, this model has all of the quality construction of our more expensive buildings with an even more affordable price-tag.
The Best Value Side Lofted Barn is only available in select sizes, and comes in your choice of two stain colors, Seminole Cedar or Seminole Brown. It also includes a Galvalume Metal Roof. The 8'-wide model features a single barn-style door, the larger models include a double barn-style door, and all sizes come with two interior lofts that provide additional upper storage. Windows may be added for an additional charge, but no further customizations are available on this style. If you need different doors, higher walls, or other options, please consider our Side Lofted Barn.
Studs in our Best Value Side Lofted Barn are 24" on-center with double studs on every seam to prevent leaks over the long term. Our doubled top plates, window headers, and door headers are yet another indication of the quality and craftsmanship in all of our buildings. We use hurricane clips on every roof truss for extra strength and stability.
